So, growing up, I lived in a world where it was perfectly acceptable to wear sweatpants/basketball shorts and t-shirts. As I get older, I find myself drawn away from that type of "fashion" and leaning more toward a world filled with blazers, dress pants, and heels. I may be a southerner but that's no excuse to walk out of my house in pajama pants!
I will admit that partially I fell into this obsession because of Gossip Girl. While I know that they dress in high end fashion, I believe that you CAN find similar styles in malls and Targets, for those of us whose bank account isn't overflowing.
My favorite of my recent purchases would be a pair of black ankle boots. I've received numerous compliments on them, and when I come back with "they were on sale at Target", the look of surprise is laughable. I love to shop and find items at my favorite stores (Target, Versona, TJ Maxx, Kohl's) and not have to spend a fortune!
I've also found a new love through Facebook suggestions. Online boutiques have changed the way I shop. I adore finding new and amazing clothes online!
Finally, I think I may have found something that I am passionate enough about that I can post regularly.
