I thought I'd write a little about what I find interesting and what I spend time doing.
I find myself to be a fairly boring person. However, I do LOVE sports. My husband and I had a baseball themed wedding, and we love spending our Saturdays & Sundays watching football, and UK basketball is my absolute favorite. My favorites are the St. Louis Cardinals, the Green Bay Packers, (of course) UK basketball, and Alabama football (Roll Tide). I am not a competitive person, until one of my teams is involved.
Other than watching my favorite teams kick butt, I spend almost all of my free time reading. Reading is one of my absolute favorite things to do. I have always found an interest in reading. Reading a good book can put you in another world. I have spent more than one night sitting in line for a "midnight release" of a new book (mostly the Harry Potter series). Some of my favorites are The Wizard of Oz, the Harry Potter Series, Gone With the Wind, Pride and Prejudice, The Great Gatsby, and The Scarlet Letter. I know it's a long list, but each of these books has qualities that make it incredible! I cannot wait until I have children and I can start reading to them, I really believe that my family reading to me is what made me so interested in it! I'm just glad that it has continued throughout my life. I know that many people have a great interest when they are young but seem to lose the love for it as they become adults. One thing I can say for my family is that my sister, brother and I have not lost our love for a good book.
The last of my favorite things for this post will be my adoration of shopping. I do not exaggerate when I say that I LOVE shopping. I've gotten out of shopping at malls, and I've recently started using boutiques! These online boutiques are so incredible and most of them have Facebook/Instagram/Twitter pages for you to follow for sales or deals.
Hopefully I will be able to find more topics to post about and there won't be a 2 month gap between each post! :)
