Spotlight: Miranda by Miranda Lambert

Y'all, I've held off doing this because I know everyone that knows me expected me to do it.....but here it is. Ha!  If you know me....even a little bit, or are my friend on Facebook, you'll know how much I adore Miranda Lambert.  I followed her on Nashville Star, I own her albums, I've seen her in concert twice (and a third this January!), met her twice, you could say I'm a big fan....so when I got an e-mail last year about her launching a line of shoes, I was very excited!! I am a complete sucker for shoes (though if I could get away with it, I'd never wear them, just ask my family), I buy new shoes way more often than I need to, but they are just so cute! :)

I figure I'll just show a few of the styles available from various sites.  I know that in store, her shoes are available at DSW and Famous Footwear, and online at Country Outfitter, I'll have links to all of these at the bottom of the post!

$59.95 on Country Outfitter

$44.99 (There's also a "Whiskey"/Brown pair for $54.99) on Famous Footwear
$59.95 on DSW

My FAVORITE pair! $79.95 on DSW & Country Outfitter, $79.99 on Famous Footwear

Here are the links to her line at each of the sites I used, Country Outfitter has the widest variety available.

Country Outfitter
DSW

Her shoes are awesome!  I also love the guitar design on all of her shoes.  Basically you can't go wrong with these! :)

Hopefully next week I'll have a November BirchBox review, I haven't had a chance to try out all of the products yet but I will make an effort to finish up this weekend so I can write up a review for y'all!

See you soon!

XOXO.

Spotlight: Marley Lilly

Christmas is fast approaching.....I cannot believe how fast this year has gone!  It feels like the older I get, the faster the years go by.  I thought today maybe I'd talk about a site that you can go to for your gift giving needs! :)

There's a quote by Reese Witherspoon, I believe, that says

"My rule is, if it's not moving, monogram it!"

I couldn't agree with her more.  I would monogram everything if I could! Last year, I actually found Marley Lilly through Pinterest.  It was awesome! I filled my cart up.....then casually exited the screen before I went broke! Ha ha!  But it really started something.  I found a great place to order monogrammed items from!

Before we get too far into my favorite items from the site, I know that some of the prices can be a little high BUT they have a lot of flash sales and there are some great items on clearance pretty regularly! So, don't be too concerned when you see the prices!

One of my favorites from the site are the monogrammed hair bows.  I know, I know, I'm almost 26 years old and my favorite item on the site is a hair bow!  BUT, these are so fun and girly!  How could you not love them!

You can find them here!  They are $24.99.  These are perfect gifts!

My next favorite item from Marley Lilly is the sterling silver Nala Ring.  It is so simple.  I just love it.

You can find it here for $59.99.  This one is a little more costly but look at how beautiful!

Last, but certainly not least, is a striped beach towel.  While it may be cool here, there ARE beaches! ;) These are perfect for your winter break trip to the beach!  Or spring break....basically they are wonderful!

You can find it here for $29.99.  I love this towel!

What I love about this site is not only is it a monogramming site, but there is also a boutique!  It's called Monday Dress Boutique.
There is also an app! I love it because of the wallpaper feature!  You can create your own monogram wallpaper for your phones.

I mean how cute is that?!

There are A LOT of other items for sale on the site and I ultimately chose to only talk about these 3 items because I want you to check the site out for yourself!

While I may not ALWAYS order my monogrammed items from this site (I do have some local places I buy from), this site is great for such a wide variety of items.  This site is definitely worth checking out!

See you soon!

XOXO.

Spotlight: The Mint Julep Boutique

I decided to do a spotlight of one of my favorite boutiques today.

I'd never been a huge fan of shopping online, something about not being able to try on the clothing really made it difficult for me.  I finally made the leap and I've never looked back!

I found a few boutiques on Facebook, and searched over and over for my favorites, and The Mint Julep Boutique is definitely one of the standouts!

The site adds new styles twice a day, which is amazing because their stuff sells out quickly!  I chose to spotlight this boutique because their fall lookbook is basically perfect! :)

Today I'm going to post a few of my favorite looks from their site, I hope y'all enjoy it as much as I do!!

Dress on left: Sweet Success Dress in Black/White, $64
Necklace: Radiant Stone Necklace in Red, $30
Cardigan on right: Take A Stroll Cardigan in Kelly Green, $39

The above would be a great outfit if you work in an office, or when heading to a job interview!

Skirt: Flirt And Flare Skirt in Pink, $54
Shoes: The Waltz Goes On Heel in Black, $40
Purse: Envelope Me Clutch in Bronze, $34

My favorite thing about this outfit is by far that skirt!  It is a little more conservative, but I love the classic look.

Sweater: Comfy Cozy Sweater in Cream, $44
Jacket: The Amelia Jacket in Navy, $48 (They are currently out of stock on this item, but they do reorders frequently!)
Socks: Milly Crochet Socks in Red, $28
Shoes:The Ingrid Boot in Cognac, $58

This is the perfect fall outfit!  The sweater looks soo comfortable (hence the name!) and those boot socks are just adorable!

Scarf: Flannel Infinity Scarf in Black, $25
Shoes: The Cassidy Boot in Tan, $62

Top: The Dotty Top in Blue/Orange, $38
Jeans: The Fiona Skinny Jean in Rust, $45

Blouse: All That And More Blouse in Ivory, $42 (Out of stock currently)

I know this outfit is out of stock currently, but it was by far one of my favorites so I HAD to include it!  You can sign up for their reorder of both pieces though!

Tunic: Take It Easy Tunic in Taupe/Black, $46 (Out of stock currently)
Shoes: The Cassidy Boot in Beige, $62

Spotlight: LC Lauren Conrad

In 2004, I found a show on MTV that made me want to move to the West Coast.  It was filled with beaches, and sun-kissed, attractive people.  Laguna Beach was one of my favorite shows, and it was there that I found Lauren Conrad.

I followed her from Laguna to The Hills, and now to Kohl's!

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores.  There is ALWAYS a sale going on, and they have great prices!  For quite some time, I refused to walk over to the women's department.  I just really didn't want to admit that I was at the age that I needed to move from Juniors to Women's.  However, once I ventured over and found LC Lauren Conrad, I never looked back!

The best thing about LC Lauren Conrad is that it's not just clothing.  There is also jewelry, shoes, and recently a bed & bath collection!  I love that she is the one that models and does "looks" for the line, and she's constantly seen wearing at least one item of her Kohl's line.  Every month I find new products that I can't seem to get enough of!

I'll include some of my favorite looks and items below, along with links to them and prices! :)

I'll stop now, but honestly, her entire line is amazing! You cannot go wrong with any product.

She also has a high-end line, Paper Crown, and as much as I'd love to buy from it, I've got to stick with the more affordable brand!

Also, you can go to Lauren Conrad's site to check out her blog and sign up for emails to get access to giveaways!!

Let me know if there are any brands/designers you'd like me to spotlight!

See you soon!

XOXO.
